Close Quarters Battle

Close Quarters Battle(CQB) courses will teach you to safely and effectively fight in close quarters. Our CQB courses are developed to teach students from the basics and further develop their skills and effectiveness as they progress through the course levels . Required Gear: Wrap Around Eye Protection, Ear Protection, Handgun Holster, Rifle Sling(if using a rifle)

Starting March 26, 2021

Basic CQB 1 - $75.00

Course is 4 hours and requires the student to have already taken Basic Handgun, Drawing from the Holster or equivalent.

Basic CQB 1 will focus on learning how to fight in close quarters safely and effectively. This course will be all dry fire in the shoot house and will teach the basic fundamentals of CQB. Students will learn how to safely move with a weapon indoors, positively identify/assess rooms and engage threats. 

Weapon Ready Positions •  Safety & Trigger Manipulation • Room Entry, Penetration & Scans • Field of Fire • Priority of Threats • Verbiage • Positive Identification & Threat Recognition • Cover, Distance & Angles

Required Gear: Eye & Ear Protection, Handgun, Holster

Basic CQB 2 - $100.00

Course is 4 hours and requires the student to have already taken CQB 1,

Basic Rifle(if using a rifle) or equivalent.

Basic CQB 2 will focus on learning how to fight in close quarters safely and effectively. This course will be a combination of dry fire and simunition with a rifle or handgun in the shoot house. CQB 2 will build upon the fundamentals learned in CQB 1. Students will learn how to safely move with a weapon indoors, positively identify/assess rooms and engage threats. 

Basic CQB 1 Summary •  Safety & Trigger Manipulation • Introduction to Rifle in CQB • Cover, Distance & Angles • Shot Placement • CQB Holds • Weapons Malfunctions & Transitions • Single Room(simunition): 2 - Student Room Entry, Penetration and Scans

Required Gear: Eye & Ear Protection, Handgun, Holster & Rifle Sling(if using a rifle)

Basic CQB 3 - $100.00

Course is 4 hours and requires the student to have already taken CQB 2,

Basic Rifle(if using a rifle) or equivalent.

Basic CQB 3 will focus on learning how to fight in close quarters safely and effectively. This course will be a combination of dry fire and simunition with a rifle or handgun in the shoot house. CQB 3 will build upon the fundamentals learned in CQB 2 and implement the progression of multi-room flow, high light to low light and non-verbal communication through body language. Students will learn how to safely move with a weapon indoors, positively identify/assess rooms and engage threats efficiently.

Basic CQB 2 Summary •  Safety & Trigger Manipulation • Multi-Room Flow • High Light and Low Light • Non-Verbal Communication Through Body Language • 2-Student & 4 Student House Run Iterations

Required Gear: Eye & Ear Protection, Handgun, Holster & Rifle Sling(if using a rifle)

Advanced CQB 1 - $100.00

Course is 4 hours and requires the student to have already have completed Basic CQB 3, Basic Rifle(if using) or equivalent.

Advanced CQB 1 will focus on learning how to fight in close quarters safely and effectively. This course will be an escalation into the advanced portion of CQB. The course will consist of a combination of dry fire and simunition with a rifle and or handgun in the shoot house. Students will be placed in force-on-force situations and will learn techniques that work in real world scenarios of CQB environment.

Basic CQB 3 Summary & Introduction to Advanced CQB •  Safety & Trigger Manipulation • Exposure Mitigation • Noise Signature Mitigation • 2-Student & 4 Student House Run Iterations(dry fire and simunitions) • CQB Scenarios(simunition, role players)

Required Gear: Wrap Around Eye, Ear Protection, Handgun, Holster & Rifle Sling (if using a rifle)

Advanced CQB 2 - $100.00
 

Course is 4 hours and requires the student to have already have completed Advanced CQB 1, Basic Rifle(if using) or equivalent.

Advanced CQB 2 will focus on learning how to fight in close quarters safely and effectively. This course will be an escalation into the advanced portion of CQB to the final CQB course. This course will consist of simunition and live fire with a rifle and or a handgun in the shoot house. Students will be placed in realistc scenarios that will test their decision making and CQB growth. The techniques gained in thi scourse are the pinnacle of CQB tactics and the students will learn techniques, movement and marksmanship that ensure survival in the unforgiving reality of a CQB environment.

Advanced CQB 1 Summary •  Safety & Trigger Manipulation • Introduction to working with a partner • Advanced Movement Techniques • CQB Advanced Decision Making • Scenario Training(force on force, simunition) • Introduction to Live Fire Force on Target (live fire - solo)

Required Gear: Wrap Around Eye, Ear Protection, Handgun, Holster & Rifle Sling (if using a rifle)

Advanced CQB 3 - $100.00

Course is 4 hours and requires the student to have already have completed Advanced CQB 2, Basic Rifle(if using) or equivalent.

Advanced CQB 3 will focus on learning how to fight in close quarters safely and effectively. This course will be an escalation into the advanced portion of CQB to the final CQB course. This course will consist of simunition and live fire with a rifle and or a handgun in the shoot house.
