ALPHA GROUP

Per 2 Hour Session

$50

Each session you will either go through a Monster Mash or Grinder PT first and then finish off the session with Tactical Training. Listed below is a sample of the "Alpha" group schedule.  This group will use heavier weights, more reps and more rounds for the work out session. The tactical training portion will be more in-depth and rigourous compared with the Bravo group. If you want to really push your limits this is the group for you!

WEEK 1 - ALPHA

Intro to "Monster Mash" - Navy SEAL operational teams regularly conduct "Monster Mash" workout circuits consisting of functional exercises that translate directly into tactical strength. This style of tactical athlete training builds and sustains operators at pinnacle performance.

WEEK 3  - ALPHA

Intro to "GRINDER PT" - Navy SEAL operational teams regularly conduct "GRINDER PT" workout circuits consisting of functional calisthenic exercises that translate directly into tactical strength. This style of tactical athlete training builds and sustains operators at pinnacle performance in selection fr their units or on operations.

Monster Mash 1 - SHOULDER STRENGTH

5 ROUNDS - 20-30 Kettle Ball Swings, 8-10 Kettle Bell Clean Press(R/L), 1 Farmers Carry -100 yards,

Core Menu.

Tactical Exercise CQB DELIBERATE ITERATIONS

Learn and conduct Deliberate CQB runs in the shoot house(dry), Basic principles of CQB, CQB Baseline.

Grinder PT - Endurance/Legs

4 ROUNDS - Plate Carrier/100 yard run in between rounds, Intro to Grinder PT(instructor demo) instructor led cadence, 10-25 Lunges, 10 Burpees, 10-20 Goblet Squats, 10-25 Flutter Kicks, Core Menu.

Tactical Exercise Dynamic Shoot House Iterations

Learn and conduct Dynamic CQB in the shoot house(sim on target), Basic principles of dynamic CQB.

WEEK 2 - ALPHA

Monster Mash 2 - DOWN MEN

3 ROUNDS - Intro to buddy carries(instructor demo), Weighted carries(partner or weighted sandbags), 20-50 Push-Ups, 1 Sled/Tire drag 100 yards,

Core Menu.

WEEK 4 - ALPHA

Monster Mash 3 - Back/Arms

4 ROUNDS - Plate Carrier, 8-16 Heavy ball slams, 5-10 Clean and Jerk Kettle Bell, 10-20 Kettle Bell bent over rows, 5-10 Pull Ups(optional), 10 Dive Bomber Push Ups, Core Menu.

 The objective of this program is to build comradery, conduct tactical exercises and functional workouts that increase the participants tactical performance and overall health.  Program will meet once a week for two hours for four weeks. Each week will consist of a tactical "Monster Mash" or "Grinder PT" workout and tactical training exercise on either the range, shoot-house or sim village. You will need eye and ear protection, rifle, sling w/retention capability, optics, 3 magazines, water and plate carriers are optional.

ALPHA Dates: 10/17, 10/25, 11/2, 11/7 

Tactical Exercise RANGE: MOVEMENT & SHOOTING

Learn and conduct movement on the range(dry),

Shoot and move(forward, backwards, diagonal,

Cover to Cover.
