Carbine Courses

This eight hour course will teach you to mount and fire your carbine, conduct "emergency" and "tactical" reloads and how to clear various types of weapon malfunctions. 

April 16th

Gear Requirements: Semi Auto Rifle, Sling, Two Magazines, Magazine Pouch, 2 Snap Caps, 250 Rounds of Ammunition, Eye & Ear Protection.

You will learn how to use

ballistic protection, as well as utilizing techniques necessary for accurate shooting while moving and  using your carbine in low-light situations.

February 26th,  May 21st

Gear Requirements: Semi Auto Rifle, Sling, Two Magazines, Magazine Pouch, 2 Snap Caps, 250 Rounds of Ammunition, Eye & Ear Protection.

This eight hour course is an advanced and high round-count course, designed to expose you to shooting drills that can enhance your skill set and ability.

March 5th, June 4th

Gear Requirements: Semi Auto Rifle, Handgun, Sling, Two Magazines, Magazine  Pouch, Holster, 2 Snap Caps, Appropriate Apparel,  250 Rounds-Rifle,

100 Rounds - Handgun, Eye & Ear Protection

This 4 hour course will cover stance, grip and quick sight.Weapon manipulation techniques and tactical and emergency reloads. The course is tailored for students that are serious about real world readiness and application. This is a great introduction to learn proper techniques  with  your shotgun in a tactical situation.

March 9th, May 11th

Gear Requirements: Shotgun, Sling, Pouch for Extra Shells, Gloves(optional) Eye & Ear Protection,  120 Rounds of Slugs.  - SLUGS ONLY -

This 4 hour course  will cover and  buildup on the foundation for marksmanship, movement, and utilizing cover with a carbine.The course is tailored for students that are serious about real world readiness and application.

• Cover/Concealment • Alternate Shooting Postitions • Transitional Shooting

February 23rd, April 20th, June 15th

Gear Requirements: Semi Auto Rifle ONLY, Sling, Optics, 3 Magazines, Plate Carrier(optional), Gloves(optional) Eye & Ear Protection,

250 Rounds of Ammunition.

This 8 hour outdoor course  will cover and  buildup on the foundation for marksmanship, movement, and utilizing cover with a carbine.The course is tailored for students that are serious about real world readiness and application.

Students in this course will also conduct

a “stress test” that is designed  to implement a small degree of stress and fatigue to simulate real-world

worst-case scenarios.

Gear Requirements: Semi Auto Rifle ONLY, Sling, Optics, 3 Magazines, Plate Carrier(optional), Gloves(optional) Eye & Ear Protection,

250 Rounds of Ammunition.

CQT has a complete offering of tactical firearm training from basic to advanced techniques for all levels of shooters. Our courses take advantage of our cutting-edge facility from the classroom to the shoot house.  Ammo is also available for purchase in the pro shop. Steel-cased, steel-cored, 5.56/.223 SS 109 and M855 (green tip) ammo is prohibited at the range. Appropriate attire for all classes. NO low-cut shirts or open-toed shoes. Baseball cap recommended.

To book a class simply follow these steps once you have selected the "book this course" button located at the bottom of each of the courses listed below, this will take you to our class schedule/calendar. EACH PERSON SIGNING UP FOR A CLASS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN ACCOUNT. DO NOT PUT A QUANTITY OF 2, FOR A PROPER LIST OF PEOPLE ATTENDING A CLASS EACH PERSON NEEDS TO REGISTER FOR THE CLASS INDIVIDUALLY.

  1. On the left hand side you’ll see login in, click.
  2. Returning customers, enter in login & password, new customers create a login

  3. If you are a new customer, you will be asked to verify your email to complete registration

  4. Once you verify, this will take you back to the calendar to book a class

  5. Scroll through the calendar until you see the next available date

  6. Click “book”

  7. You can also click “book sessions” on the left hand side when you are logged in to your account

  8. Click the class and buy the package

  9. You MUST confirm your email address to receive reminders and notices of any changes to your class.
